This is a letter of recommendation for Millie Spillers as a daycare provider. My son was under Millie's care from the time he was a toddler to the time he started kindergarten. He loved going to see Miss Millie everyday and it was never a struggle for him or for me to drop him off in the mornings. The atmosphere of her home, the other children his age and the invaluable love and attention he received from Millie herself was a blessing to us all!
As an educator in the Gwinnett County School system, I know the importance of the early years of childhood. It is very evident that Millie knows as well! From her breakfast she prepared in the mornings, the early childhood curriculum she taught, the importance of outside time and her one on one attention she was able to give my child more than prepared him for school. One of the best compliments I can give Millie is that my son and our family still talk about our days at Millie's house and still talk about the special things Millie would do with and for all of the children!
